WHEAT Flour, Water, Salt, WHEAT Gluten, Yeast, Devitalised Dehydrated WHEAT Sourdough, Malted WHEAT Flour, hydrolysed WHEAT proteins, enzymes.
Pre-heat oven to 200°C (392'F). Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes turning the trays around half way through to achieve a more even bake. Adjust time and temperature according to your own oven.
Do not refreeze after thawing. Keep frozen at -18°C
