Sweet Potatoes (84%), Coating (11%) [Modified Starch, Sugar, Rice Flour, Corn Starch, Dextrin, Salt, Raising agents (E450, E500), Naturel Colours (Paprika Extract (E160C), Turmeric Extract (E100)), Thickener (E415)], Canola Oil (5%).


Commercial fryer : 175°C for 2:30 minutes or until light golden and crispy.

Shake the fry-basket above oil-level after 30 seconds.

Oven: Cook for 13-15 minutes at 200C. Turn product halfway trough cooking time. Do not overcook
