WHEAT flour, water, yeast, salt, malt flour (WHEAT).

Defrost at 22°C for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 230°C. Bake at 200°C for 4 - 6 minutes.

Keep at -18°C.

Do not refreeze after defrosting.
