A large, whole piece of cured pork from the hind leg. It is cured in a similar manner to ham, giving it a rich, savoury, and slightly salty flavour. This joint can be roasted, boiled, or baked and is often served as a centrepiece for meals. This can be used as Housekeepers cut for slow roasting or alternatively can be used for braising steak and diced beef.

- Each case contains approx 3 pieces at 4.5kg to 6kg weight range.
