FAQ
How do I change my password?
Navigate to "My Account" (across the top of all web pages) and select "Change Password" from the Account Menu on the left hand side of the page.
How do I find a product?
You can use the "Shop Online" menu to search through our product catalogue. These are split into easy to navigate sections.
Otherwise you can use the search engine to find the desired product. To do this you can either enter the product code (if known, E.G. 3264C), or the description of the product (e.g. CHICKEN FILLET).
How do I add a product to my basket?
Once you have found the product which you want to add, enter the quantity you require in the box (which will show 1 as default) and click "Add to Basket". You will then see your shopping basket (top right) now contains the item. You can click this to see the contents of your basket.
How do I place an order?
Once you have added all your products to the basket click on "Shopping Basket". On the bottom right of the your basket page click on "Proceed To Checkout". TO BE COMPLETED
How do I find products I have purchased before?
Navigate to "My Products" (across the top of all web pages). By default this will show the previous years purchase history, but you can change this to suit by clicking on the date, selecting the required date range and clicking apply. To add products to your basket from here you can enter a quantity beside any of the products you want to buy and then click "Add to Basket".
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes. For Northern Ireland and Scotland customers the minimum order value is £125 (exc VAT). For Ireland customers the minimum order value is €150 (exc VAT). Orders valued less than this cannot be processed.
Pre-Order Products, how do they work?
Pre-Order products will have pre-order within their description. Usually a pre-ordered product must be ordered day one for day three delivery e.g. Monday for Wed, however this may vary. We suggest checking the details with your rep or contact us for more information if you are considering ordering a particular pre-ordered product for the first time. You can use the "Details" box beside any product to tell us when you want particular pre-ordered products if you are ordering them along with non-pre-ordered products for an earlier delivery day.
What is the Details (optional) box for?
If you would like to give more info when ordering meat or weighted products, use the Details (optional) column. Note you still have to enter a quantity in the Quantity box but can add any extra detail in the Details box beside (E.G. 40 x 4oz).
Can I place orders several days in advance?
Yes. If you would like to order for future date after your next available delivery day, please change the date on the delivery details page when you are completing your order.
