Must be ordered in multiples of 20kg = 20kg, 40kg, 60kg or 80kg etc.
*Each case contains 2 pieces at approx 8-10kg per piece. Chuck Roll is used for Spencer Roll or for steak pieces. Chuck Roll is the next muscle from the Ribeye
