A triple layer sponge filled with raspberry jam and buttercream (in each layer) and sprinkled with caster sugar.

Sugar, WHEAT Flour (with Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Vegetable Margarine [Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Water, Salt, Emulsifier (E471), Natural Flavouring, Colours (Annatto Bixin, Curcumin)], Pasteurised Free Range EGG, Buttercream Icing (14%) [Icing Sugar, Butter (MILK)], Raspberry Jam (9%) [Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Raspberries (40%), Sugar, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Citric Acid, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrate), Colour (Anthocyanins)], Raising Agents (E450, E501).


  • Defrost at room temperature for approximately 6 hours
  • Remove wrapping before defrosting
  • Once defrosted store in a cool dry place
  • Refresh with icing sugar after defrosting
  • Do not refreeze once defrosted
  • Consume within 3 days

    • Advice: This cake does not like chilling for best results eat at room temperature

    Store at -18°C. Once defrosted store in a cool dry place.
