Baking Instructions:
Always bake Biscuits from frozen. DO NOT thaw!
- Pre heat oven at 150oC for 5 minutes (recommend using conventional fan assisted oven setting).
- Remove product from freezer place directly on a baking tray, do NOT use a baking mat or baking paper.
- Leave approx 1 cm of space between biscuits.
- Do NOT bake with savoury foods (e.g. onions) as this will taste the product.
- Typical cooking time is 20-25 minutes however this will vary from oven to oven.
- When baked, biscuits will turn light brown on top and honey brown underneath.
- Test one biscuit using a spatula and if the biscuits are pale underneath put back into the oven for a few more minutes.
- Remove biscuits from the oven and leave on the tray to cool for at least 15 minutes before lifting. (The biscuits will appear soft until cooled.)
- Shake some castor sugar over the biscuits.
- Ideally dont sample for at least 1 hour.
- Store biscuits in an air tight container or glass jar.
- Store Shortbread and Oatmeal biscuit range separately.
- Product remains fresh for 7 -10 days.
