Cook To Eat Prawn Crackers
Tapioca Flour, Prawn (29%) (CRUSTACEAN), Sugar, Salt.
Fill a medium size saucepan with oil to a depth of 3cm and heat until very hot (200°C).
Test the temperature with one prawn cracker, it should puff up instantly. Remove from the oil.
Fry a few at a time, remove as soon as they are puffed up and drain well on kitchen paper.
Alternatively use a deep fat fryer.
Serve immediately or, if required, the cooked crackers will keep in an airtight container for a few days
Once opened, use within 3 months. Store in a cool dry place.
