Whole tails of scampi caught in scottish waters with added water coated in crispy breadcrumbs.
Scampi (CRUSTACEAN) (40%), Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Rapeseed Oil, Yeast, Salt), Batter (Water, Wheat Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt), Water, Stabilisers (Diphosphates, Triphosphates, Polyphosphates)
Deep fry from frozen.
To Deep Fry: Pre heat oil to 180°C. Add the scampi and deep fry for approximately 4 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
Drain and serve. Please ensure that the product is cooked thoroughly before serving.
KEEP FROZEN in a deep freeze cabinet****operating at-18C or colder, this product will retain its quality for 3months after purchase, or up to the 'Best Before End' date, whichever is the sooner.
If defrosted do not refreeze.
