A very popular product made from gently rolled shortcrust dough to create a round shaped fluted pastry case with a delicious crispy and crunchy structure. Made at the Pidy bakery in Halluin, northern France. Brilliant for making pies for desserts such as apple and various fruit based pies. Made with free range eggs and moisture resistant. Type of pastry: shortcrust sweet. Each piece is 9.5cm in diameter and 1.8cm in height. Please note: These items are hand made and can vary in size- within 0.5cm.
