1. Remove number of sheets required.
2. Defrost for 10-15 mins and use as fresh pastry.
3. Alternatively bake from frozen at 220ºC (425ºF) or at the temperature required in your recipe.
STORE AT -18°C (0ºF).
KEEP FROZEN UNTIL REQUIRED FOR USE.
DO NOT REFREEZE ONCE DEFROSTED.
