Soft, semi‐dried tomato chunks in delicately herb‐flavoured oil. The tomatoes are dried briefly in an oven, then marinated in oil with basil, oregano and garlic. These chilled tomato chunks look stunning in a dish as well as adding a herby, rich flavour and lovely visual effect to it. Extremely versatile and can be used on toast, as a garnish or dressing for salads and as a flavour accent in hot sauces.
