Meringue (55%) (Sugar, Pasteurised EGG Albumen, Dried EGG Albumen, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Lemon Curd (32%) (Sugar, Pasteurised Whole EGG, Dairy Cream (MILK), Sicilian Lemon Juice (4%) (Water, Concentrated Lemon Juice), Cornflour, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Dairy Cream (MILK) (14%).
From Frozen unless otherwise stated To defrost: Allow to thaw for 4 hrs at 4°C. Once defrosted, store at 4°C and consume within 2 days. Do not refreeze. Do not thaw in the microwave.
