A lemon sponge with nibbed sugar, drizzled with lemon syrup and decorated with lemon icing.

Sugar, WHEAT Flour (with Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Butter (MILK), Pasteurised Free Range EGG, Pasteurised Lemon Juice (6%), Lemon Curd (6%) [Sugar, Water, Glucose Syrup, Vegetable Margarine [Palm Oil, Palm Stearine, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Coconut Oil, Lemon Juice], WHEAT Starch, Free Range EGG Powder, Modified WHEAT Starch, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Trisodium Citrate, Acetic Acid), Lemon Oil, Salt], Raising Agents (E450, E501), Lemon Oil (0.2%).


  • Remove film and defrost at room temperature for 2 hours.
  • Please re-cut around the portions before removing from the tray.
  • Once defrosted store in a cool place in an airtight container.
  • Do not refreeze once defrosted.
  • Consume within 5 days.
  • Keep frozen, store at -18 ‚°C.
