Almond Sponge (47%) [Pasteurised Free Range EGG, Sugar, ALMONDS (11%), Gluten Free Flour [Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat], Almond Flavouring, Raising Agents (E450, E500)], Shortcake Base (42%) [Gluten Free Flour [Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat], Sugar, Butter (MILK), Cornflour, Vegetable Margarine [Palm and Rapeseed Oil, Water, Salt, Emulsifier (E471), Colours (Annatto, Curcumin), Flavouring]], Raspberry Jam (11%) [Glucose Fructose Syrup, Raspberries (40%), Sugar, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Citric Acid, Colour (Anthocyanin), Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrate)].
Keep frozen - store at -18°C. Defrost individual slices at room temperature for 2 hours Defrost whole case at room temperature for approximately 4 hours. Once defrosted slices must be sold and consumed within 10 days The 10 day Best Before Date must be applied by the retailer/caterer. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
