Gluten free pastry case filled with layers of custard, jelled apples and crunchy gluten free crumble which is flooded with a random layer of caramel fudge.

Apples (25%), water, sweetened condensed MILK (8%) (whole MILK, sugar, lactose (MILK)), sugar, rice flour, potato flour, margarine (palm oil, rapeseed oil, water, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), natural flavouring), demerara sugar, margarine (palm and palm kernel oil, water, rapeseed oil, salt, emulsifier (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids), colours (annatto, curcumin), natural flavouring), whipping cream (MILK), tapioca flour, modified maize starch, maize flour, skimmed MILK powder, brown sugar, buckwheat flour, palm kernel oil, palm stearin oil, gelling agents (pectin, locust bean gum), butter (MILK), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabiliser (xanthan gum), salt, colours (curcumin, annatto), flavouring.

Serving Instructions:

1. Defrost and/or re-heat prior to serving (can be eaten hot or cold).

Usage Instructions:

1. Keep refrigerated once defrosted.

2. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.

3. Use within 72 hours of defrost.

Defrosting Instructions

1. 1. Whole: Remove all packaging including the cakeboard, place on a serving platter, cover and defrost under refrigeration (8°C or below) for approximately 12 hours in a gluten free environment.

2. Portion: Place the portion on a plate, cover and defrost under refrigeration (8°C or below) for approximately 4 hours.

3. This product may show signs of sugar bloom during storage, when frozen. This will disappear when the product has been fully defrosted, prior to serving.

Reheating Instructions:

FROM FROZEN:

1. Remove portion and microwave on full power for approximately 50 seconds (950 watt microwave).

FROM DEFROST:

1. Remove portion and microwave on full power for approximately 30 seconds (950 watt microwave).
