WHEAT flour, Water, Bran WHEAT, Yeast, Salt, WHEAT Gluten, Malted WHEAT flour, Emulsifier (Mono- and Diacetyl Tartaric Acid Esters of Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Flour Treatment Agent (Ascorbic Acid), Enzymes.

Bake for approximately 10 - 12 minutes at 200°C turning the trays around half way through to achieve a more even bake. Adjust time and temperature according to your own oven.
