WHEAT Flour, Water, Yeast, Salt, WHEAT Gluten, Malted WHEAT Flour, Flour Treatment Agent (Ascorbic Acid), Enzymes.

Bake for approximately 10 minutes at 200°C turning the trays around half way through to achieve a more even bake. Adjust time and temperature according to your own oven.

Do not refreeze after thawing. Keep frozen at -18°C
