Ready to use crumble mix for use as crumble topping straight from the bag. No mixing required.
Wheat Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Vegetable Oil Blend (Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil), Wholemeal WHEAT Flour, Breadcrumb (Wheat Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt, Dextrose), Dextrose.
Usage Instructions:
1. Use crumble mix straight from the bag.
2. Sprinkle evenly over the filling to cover evenly.
3. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Yield Guide:
Whole bag (3.5kg) will top three 32.5cm x 26.5cm gastro norm containers.
Whole bag (7lb 11oz) will top three 13" x 10"½ gastro norm containers.
Approx. 61 x 57g portions per 3.5kg bag.
Cooking Instructions:
Bake at 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5/Fan Oven 170°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
NOTE: Cooking temperature and time will vary due to size of crumble and nature of the filling.
Store in a cool, dry place.
