Gravy Mix Makes approximately 39 litres


Ensure ingredients of the pack are thoroughly mixed before taking out the amount required, as settling may occur during transit.

FOR PART USE OF TUB - TO MAKE 1 LITRE.
Measure out approx. 60g (2 1/4 oz) of gravy mix. Mix with 1 litre (approx. 1 3/4 pints) of cold water. Bring to boil stirring continuously and simmer for 60 seconds stirring continuously.

TO USE THE WHOLE TUB.
Mix the contents to a smooth paste with 5 litres (approx. 8 3/4 pints) of cold water. Mix into 33 litres (approx. 58 pints) of boiling water. Bring back to boil and simmer for 60 seconds, stirring occasionally. Makes approx. 39 litres (68 1/2 pints).
