Artichokes hearts from the variety “Cynara scolimus L.”, cultivated and processed in Italy, Apulia region, non genetically modified, sound and fresh. After removing all non edible parts (external fibrous leaves) the artichokes are reduced in quarters and packed in tins with acidified water before to be heat treated in order to assure the commercial sterility.
Fresh artichoke quarters, selected and preserved in water to ensure the taste and flavour of the fresh vegetable. Suggestions for use: side dishes, first courses, as a topping for pizzas and filling in sandwiches and for all cooking uses where it is necessary to enhance the taste and aroma of fresh artichoke.
