The product is prepared from artichoke hearts of the variety Cynara scolimus L., sound and fresh, removed all non edible parts (external fibrous leaves), cut in quarter and packed with sunflower oil in multilayers bags. The finished product is heat treated in order to assure the commercial sterility.
